I'm an experienced and qualified executive coach and have coached many senior leaders in the UK and internationally. I first discovered coaching when I was at AMV.BBDO and had just been promoted to head up the strategic planning department. The coaching I received in that role was fantastically helpful and it also made me realise this was the job I had been designed to do. I also train people in a variety of management and leadership skills and I facilitate at leadership team away days. A major strength across all areas of my work is an ability to cut through complexity to reach clarity.
